Eric C. Rajala is a sole practitioner with offices at the Metcalf Bank Building, at the corner of College Boulevard and Quivira, in Overland Park, Kansas (across the street from the campus of the Johnson County Community College).
He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 1976, and his law degree from the University of Kansas School in Law in 1979. He has been licensed to practice law in Kansas since 1979, and in Missouri since 1991. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in Kansas and Missouri, the 10th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the District of Kansas, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has served on the panel of Chapter 7 trustees in Kansas City, Kansas since 1981, and has been a standing Chapter 12 (farm bankruptcy) trustee in Topeka, Kansas and Kansas City, Kansas since 1986. In April 2002, Eric was dual certified in Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
